Summer lodge rental season ends at the start of October, due to variable road conditions.
2012 Lodge Rental Season (5/25/12 to 9/30/12): We are currently accepting reservations for summer 2012 lodge rentals! For current pricing information and availability, please email Ronn at lodgerental@skiarctic.com or leave a message at 350-1692. Please include prospective dates, number of guests and the package you are considering in your email or phone message.
Deluxe Weekend packages (Friday-Sunday) are still available for June 8-10; July 6-8; July 20-22; August 3-5; September 7-9; September 14-16; and September 28-30. Single day or two-day weekend rentals are available on those dates and more - please refer to the calendar for additional dates. Mid-week rentals are also available!
2013 Lodge Rental Season (5/24/13 to 9/29/13): We are currently accepting reservations for summer 2013 lodge rentals! The calendar is still wide open, so contact us now to reserve your preferred date!
Alpenglow Lodge has extra equipment and furniture available for an additional charge (prices on the flyer). Please inquire for more details.
2011-2012 Winter Lodge Rentals: We normally do not rent out the lodge between 10/1 and the start of the ski season due to variable road conditions. For information on renting the upstairs floor of the lodge during the ski season on an operating day (with or without lift tickets), contact lodgerental@skiarctic.com. We are open weekends from when we have enough snow (3 feet snowfall) until mid-April. Our upstairs is great for Sunday morning wedding brunches, or for all day ski parties - and the rental can continue after hours with enough advance notice. However, please note that during the winter (11/1-5/1) we have a seasonal beer and wine permit and all alcohol must be served by us (State regulation) and can only be served until 1 hour after the last ski lift closes. Please call or e-mail us if you are interested in having an event at Arctic Valley Ski Area while we are open to the public. There is also limited availability for winter rentals on Friday and Saturday evenings, after the lifts close for the day.
